Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to ship my order?

Typically orders that are received for in stock items (excluding bridal bouquets and centerpieces)Monday through Friday will be filled and shipped either the same day  or within 24 hours of receipt of order excluding holidays.  Delivery time varies depending on carrier and state.  Usually anywhere from one day to 8 business days.   If any items are not in stock we will contact you immediately to verify what you would like us to do.  Please order one month prior to event, is our recommendation.  Overnight and express delivery service is available.  Bridal bouquets and centerpieces we normally will ship in 1-2 weeks.  Special requests are welcome.  Phone in rush orders. If your item is not received within 5 days of event, please contact us



Do you accept returns?.........

We know not all colors are created equal. Sometimes the color may not be what you wanted.  This is why we suggest your order a free sample, send us a swatch or talk to our professional floral designers.  We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges, this is an expense we cannot absorb in order to keep the prices low.  You may exchange or return any unopened, unused  bags. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns. We will ship your new colors or credit your account when your return is received.  We suggest you order a "free sample" first or email us and ask the experts.


What is a free sample?.....

As an added service from our company, we offer free color swatches of our silk rose petals only. Currently these flower petals are free, but if postage keeps rising they may not be.  If you are in a rush, please indicate when ordering.  You request a sample if you are unsure of the color or you would like to see the size and quality of the petals or organza bags.  We send usually only 1 petal of each color you request.  Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive samples.  Sorry offer valid only in U.S.A.

I placed an order, but didn't get any email confirmations.......

You simply may have entered a typo error when checking out for email, or check your spam folder, also You may always check the customer service page and enter your order or invoice number, the tracking id is normally put on your order status page.  If tracking ID has not been entered, you may contact us and we will supply it
