How long does it take to get my order?
Typically orders that are received for in stock items (excluding bridal bouquets and centerpieces)Monday through Friday will be filled and shipped either the same day or within 24 hours of receipt of order excluding holidays. Delivery time varies depending on carrier and state. Usually anywhere from one day to 8 business days. If any items are not in stock we will contact you immediately to verify what you would like us to do. Please order one month prior to event, is our recommendation. Overnight and express delivery service is available. Bridal bouquets and centerpieces we normally will ship in 1-2 weeks at the longest. Special requests are welcome. Phone in rush orders.
What does it mean when an item says (Backordered)?
A backordered item means we don't have enough quantity in stock for immediate shipment. We receive shipments approximately every three weeks. Our organza bag shipments thought, due only arrive every 3-4 months, so we will confirm your order if anything is out of stock. We try to keep every color in stock all the time, but some colors may be more popular than others one week, and we may run out. As always you will be contacted if a color is unavailable.
Can I order anyway if item is backordered?
Yes, you can. If you have enough time before your event, you may place your order, and secure your product. You will receive your order conformation number via email. We will hold your order and your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
What if I order the wrong color?
We know not all colors are created equal. Sometimes the color may not be what you wanted. You may exchange or return any unopened, unused bags. Custom mixed large bags are non refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns. We will ship your new colors or credit your account when your return is received. We suggest you order a "free sample" first or email us and ask the experts.
What is a sample request ... ?
You request a sample if you are unsure of the color or you would like to see the size and quality of the petals or organza bags. We send usually only 1 petal of each color you request. The organza bags, we send a color swatch of the bag. You can choose up to 5 colors, yes Its free. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive samples. Sorry offer valid only in U.S.A.

I did not receive an email with my tracking number?
Answer: We do send an email when we finalize our orders. Check your email settings or bulk folder for this information, your email program may have deleted it. You may always sign into your account, or contact us and we will give you the tracking ID or tracking number and status of
your order.
Are these “pure silk”?
No. We would like to explain the description and term of “silk” rose petals “silk” wedding flowers. This is a general term used through out the floral and craft industry. Please be aware that our silk rose petals and silk wedding flower fabrics are not made of pure silk. They are made from a combination of fibers that may include silk, polyester, nylon and micro peach polyester fabric. This is what the majority of artificial flowers are made of. They are not pre treated with a flame retardant chemical, although, available by special order only, and may be requested for an additional charge. Please allow an extra 2-4 weeks. You are a floral company, why do you promote an animal charity?
In 2005 during hurricane Katrina, not only were people evacuated from their homes and lives as they knew, they were forced to leave behind pets they loved, never to return for them. They were let down by those who swore an oath to protect them. Without hesitation I spent a few weeks in New Orleans and Mississippi volunteering for Best Friends Animal Society to help the animals who were forgotten.
Bestfriends.org and animalrescueneworleans.org till this day, have and need volunteers that are reuniting pets with people from the area and caring for the thousands of animals that have been left behind. Most people still do not have a neighborhood to return to.
These organizations have taught me the true meaning of "kindness to animals builds a better world for all of us" The Gulf Coast needs us more than ever. As the owner of a web site seen by the world this small logo is just a small part of what I can do.
I see something close to what I like, but can I customize it?
Certainly!! Most of the silk wedding flowers we create are custom made. What you see online is a small percentage of the designs we have created. You may change the colors or make a special request on any items you see online. We also, can create a replica from a photo you supply.
